Whether an item isn’t pretty enough to be picked off a shelf at the grocery or is forgotten about in the back of a fridge, we waste food all the time. Through her creative instruction, Chef Shelly will demonstrate the tools and techniques necessary to minimize this kind of waste in the home, optimize nutrition in our diets, and save money in ways we never have before! Oh and of course, the food will be absolutely scrumptious!
