REDUCE YOUR WAIST
Would you like to walk with ease? Attending this Feldenkrais® class will help make walking easier and more efficient. Learning to walk with your core can help reduce your waist as you walk. You will also improve your flexibility, balance and reduce back and joint pain while walking.
You will be doing Awareness Through Movement® lessons that are done with small slow, painfree movements. The mind-body connection will help you learn to let go of limiting habits so that you can improve your physical abilities.
Many people state that they experience relaxation and ease of movement after doing Awareness Through Movement® lessons.
Please bring a mat or blanket to use when lying on the floor.
Normally $15, your 1st class at Reveal Wellness is only $10 and we offer packages if you buy a series of classes.
The class is 45 minutes long.
