Focaccia Bread

This delicious bread is a GREAT addition to the lunch a dinner meals as it doesn’t have the sweet component that many of the almond flour recipes have. This makes a sort of flat bread style dish and it’s rich flavor have each savory bite satisfy that old “need for bread” that some may experience.


  • 1 1/2 C Almond Flour
  • 1/2 C Brown Flaxmeal
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp sea salt

In a separate bowl, mix:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1/3C Pesto

Mix bowls together, let stand 3 minutes. Pour into 9x13in baking dish.

Sprinkle rosemary springs along top (optional) We like to mince or at least half them.

Bake at 350 for 20 min or until knife comes out clean
