The Batch (Fermented Veggies)

This makes eight 32oz jars.

10 Asparagus Sprigs
2 Big Beets
1 Head of Broccoli
20 Brussels Sprouts
1 Head of Cauliflower
10 Carrots
5 Cloves Garlic
¼ C Fresh Minced Ginger
10 Olives (green or black - adjust to taste preference)
15 Shitttake Mushrooms
2 Yams
2 Zucchinis

The Brine
2 apples
2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp EcoBloom (inulin)
6 caps of Ancient Earth Minerals
4 C water

Blend and add 1/2 C to each jar then fill the rest of the jar up with well filtered water.
