Banana Nut Porridge

1/2C raw cashews

1/2C raw almonds

1/2C raw pecans

1 Very Ripe Banana

2C Nut milk  (We love Almond Milk and Cashew Milk or 1/2 of each Others like Coconut Milk)

2 tsp cinnamon

dash of sea salt

 

Place the nuts in a large bowl and sprinkle the salt over them. Cover with water and soak over night.

Drain and rinse the nuts twice, until the water runs clear.

Add to food processor along with the banana, nut milk and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Enjoy it raw or heat it up for a few minutes on the stove. Add fruit or raisins if you like.
