Join David Romero on Friday February 22nd at 7pm for an evening of intention and goal setting.  Learn how to set intentions and create a clear pathway to success.  David will guide students through step-by-step guided intention setting practice focusing on mind/body alignment in the process.  David will finish the workshop with a short sound bath meditation.

Please join us for this month’s Soundbath. If you’ve never experienced this before, a sound bath can be described as a Concert for the Soul. It is an experience in which gongs, singing bowls and various instruments are played in a way to promote a more relaxed mind and nervous system. Listeners are guided on a journey of self discovery and inner exploration promoting deep relaxation and peace, expansion of consciousness and helps to open the body’s entire energetic system.

REDUCE YOUR WAIST

     Would you like to walk with ease? Attending this Feldenkrais® class will help make walking easier and more efficient. Learning to walk with your core can help reduce your waist as you walk. You will also improve your flexibility, balance and reduce back and joint pain while walking.

You will be doing Awareness Through Movement® lessons that are done with small slow, painfree movements. The mind-body connection will help you learn to let go of limiting habits so that you can improve your physical abilities.

Many people state that they experience relaxation and ease of movement after doing Awareness Through Movement® lessons.

Please bring a mat or blanket to use when lying on the floor.

Normally $15, your 1st class at Reveal Wellness is only $10 and we offer packages if you buy a series of classes.

The class is 45 minutes long.

Infused Slow Flow Yoga @ Reveal Wellness

This is an inclusive, all levels practice created to learn, move, and play while challenging the brain and body.  We ease into the practice with breath and self-awareness, then progress to a mindful pace that offers time to be inquisitive while moving in diverse ways infusing props, balls, blankets, blocks, and resistance bands. The practice concludes with relaxation and deep rest.  The strength and confidence you'll build translates to daily life!
