Qi is translated to mean the life force or vital-energy that flows through all things in the universe. Gong means work, or skill that is cultivated through steady practice. Together, Qigong means cultivating energy. It is a system practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality. Many of you have seen my incredible (ahem) stick figure drawings on the whiteboard during your visits to Reveal Wellness. Well now, I would like to invite you to trade your finger paints for brushes and a canvas, and exchange your juice box for an elixir. Traditionally, these grown-up paint nights will have you indulging in a glass of wine, but here at Reveal Wellness, we're looking to share tools with you for a better life. I will be preparing 5-10 different tonics that will leave your taste buds satisfied, screaming and/or certainly intrigued.
