An Afternoon of Paint & Elixirs @ Reveal Wellness
Mar 11 @ 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm

Join us for a classic event. You've heard of "Paint Night," right?  As a parent, I’ve endured my fair share of arts and crafts projects. Many of you have seen my incredible (ahem) stick figure drawings on the whiteboard during your visits to Reveal Wellness. Well now, I would like to invite you to trade your finger paints for brushes and a canvas, and exchange your juice box for an elixir. Traditionally, these grown-up paint nights will have you indulging in a glass of wine, but here at Reveal Wellness, we're looking to share tools with you for a better life. I will be preparing 5-10 different tonics that will leave your taste buds satisfied, screaming and/or certainly intrigued.

Enjoy the great giveaways and super deals on the presented products. What's more, you will learn some rescue remedies that will help you throughout the upcoming season. Call and reserve your spot today as seating is limited!

PS -Along with the samples of a multitude of decoctions, there will be a guided painting project so please dress accordingly if you are one of those types of artists.

PPS - That said, no splatter patterns will be allowed this time. Thank you!

Ki-Hara Stretch Stronger @ Reveal Wellness
Mar 18 @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching is a revolutionary technique which utilizes a person's own resistance for increasing lasting mobility. Ki-Hara uses scientifically-backed methods to reduce injury, balance muscle groups and increase flexibility using concentric exercises for strengthening and eccentric movements for stretching.

During Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching, the muscles are being contracted and lengthened at the same time so the muscles are only taken as far as they can resist to keep stretching safe and effective. The basic concept of Ki-Hara is that the muscles
are strong throughout their ranges of motion–strength and flexibility go hand in hand– keeping the muscles more stable and explosive.

We've found that an "inflexible" muscle may actually be unable to stretch because of inactivated muscles, scar tissue or tightness elsewhere. The Ki-Hara method stresses the importance of working through these imbalances to release the muscles surrounding the problem area to allow for true flexibility and strength in full range surrounding the joints.

The Class Size is Limited so RSVP Today!
