This is an inclusive, all levels practice created to learn, move, and play while challenging the brain and body. We ease into the practice with breath and self-awareness, then progress to a mindful pace that offers time to be inquisitive while moving in diverse ways infusing props, balls, blankets, blocks, and resistance bands. The practice concludes with relaxation and deep rest. The strength and confidence you'll build translates to daily life!
